While I play I oft imagine this or that.. its important to the enjoyment of my playing.
Here is one idea that has been going around my head for a VERY long time; Crossover Powersets.
If you have seen my post on Fire and how I thought it was already a crossover powerset (an old glitch that was fixed in 2013) you'll already know where I am coming from.
We already have a crossover powerset in Sorcery, that we have: a DPS Pet, Healer Pet, and a Tank Pet. Fury DPS, Watcher Healer and Guardian Tank. I must say the devs have done a great job with Guardian as Tank.. he is *OK* and I mean he is OK for a proper human group member, like a novice *human* Tank player. He gets how to Tank. I am very pleased with him currently, and if we are without a Tank, I will switch to my Tank Pet Armory, which is me in DPS stance with Guardian and he is, if not perfect, a close and *useable* Tank.
Fire I feel would make a great second addition to crossover powersets. In DPS stance, I would like to see 'Inferno' heal players within the AOE, giving them a slight HoT.. aptly named hehe, a slight HoT and damage out-based healing while you are aflame. That would be enough. nothing else would be needed.
In Tank stance for Fire, I think it already provides white damage immunity, but i'd have to check that.
For Gadgets Controller.. I would like to have a pet that acts like Watcher does but for Power. A Controller Pet, we have Drone, which does do this in a strange kinda way, he just generally PoTs the group and doesn't charge anyone. A major problem is that he is a supercharge, if he were a normal power he could be permanent, he shield (up to 4), revive KO'd players, PoT and charge.
For Turret, it might be good to make him a Tank, as he does *such pitiful damage* especially compared to Fury and Crystal, at least then as a Tank he could be a usable group member in DPS stance.
I think that would complete the Crossover Powersets :)

I spent some time testing Turret as a Tank (I was DPS stance), he was *awful* in FOS3, the mobs just ignored him, I would have liked to see his grenade be a Tank taunt, as it does near zero damage (he was cr 171 the mobs were cr 80 and he couldn't damage them with the grenade at all and with the rest of his attacks, while he did do a little damage, it was so little while I was waiting for him to kill them, I lost half my health O.O) .
I know Gadgets is AM powerback, and so you get the crits like Mental, but this is not so in Troller Stance, so this could be remodeled to be more like Sorcery but for Controller Stance only.
Fire does still have issues with the AM powerback, but these are seemingly intentional. I would remove the 'Volatility' so the AM could start working like other powers do normally.

Mental was switched from GL on March 2016. Earth was switched from RL at CR 70 and Sorcery was switched from Celestial from also CR 70 (iirc Spring 2015). Only 2 were boosted : Water (boost to cr 100 see below) and one* other to CR 100; the rest were played from tutorial to current CR.
* I forget which one.. thinking either nature or munitions. probably munitions..

I was Hard Light GL from PC FTP (Autumn 2011) to March 2016 when I switched to Mental, but made a GL char one month later which I leveled. So I am still a GL Veteran.
All the above have both roles, DPS and Secondary role,some are a little low in DPS stance, due to being underpowered, like Nature and Electricity DPS.

Leveled a Female Villain (Atomic/Iconic mixed) to CR 32 (few days ago) then used the January 2020 Anniversary level skip today to get her to 255 on her. (11th/Jan/2020)
I also have a couple of chars on the US server. Highest being a T5 iirc QDPS.I have a 'placeholder char' for a blue lantern.. which might end up being Water, but I doubt it, I think I will switch my moonlighting char (names a secret) to Water as I resent not having a lantern healer yet, but im just being a baby. hehe. it's true.. but when i would be playing as Water Sigma, it's all I would be thinking about and so ruin the experience. OR I could change BetaAtom to Water and finish my fifth trifecta.. thoughts thoughts.. ⅁.⅁

As I laid out before, the ability to switch rings for lantern healers would be cool. The above is my placeholder for a Blue Lantern Healer which could also switch to Indigo Tribe being a Hero, but being male, could not be a Star Sapphire, with BetaAtom being a Hero, could have access to all three power ring corps. A Villain female char would have access to Indigo Tribe and Star Sapphire.. it is little known about the Star Sapphire that the 'Predator' is a villain and it is because Carol Ferris is a Hero we see them as heroes. Male Villains would only have access to Indigo Tribe as they are Neutral.

It's an agonizing wait until they (DB) finish the Lantern Trifecta, it's not 'confirmed' but as Mepps put it will be 'considered' along with a load of other new powers to be considered, but seeing how it has major support from both the Lantern fan base and even Lantern opponents (people who don't want new Lantern content but sympathize that there should definitely be a Lantern Healer) ..I think Lantern Healer will get bumped to if not top, near top of the queue.

I find Fire and Ice Tank very dissimilar when practising, and think Fire is a lot like Rage and Atomic Tanking. But I don't have *any* in game experience Ice Tanking. I get the idea though.

It came to my attention, that Lantern Powers are technology based. Perhaps it's the entities who are meta. and the Guardians learned how to harness their power.

While I still feel, Halls of Power walks and talks like Magic content and Lantern content walks and talks like Meta content, it's categorized above as it is on the wiki, as Meta and Tech content, respectively. LoA content is ninja style Tech, even though Ra's al Ghul himself is Magic.
The areas for Meta are too small to be considered a 'new land'. The HoP area is appallingly small, and while I do like Central City, likewise, is it not even the size of Little Bohemia to consider it a 'city' which Gotham Wastelands is; large enough to be a new city.
Since 2012 players have been asking to expand Central City, I have been one of those players. If the Devs took Little Bohemia and used it as template for Central City, giving us the ability to have player bases, to have the CC bounties in Central City, they could use the new city to be cut-up for the later usage, which is what Central City is now, a small cut up area.
As far as New Genesis goes.. I never go in there, don't like it. It is super tiny because of the cavernous causeways and room size ceiling.. after setting the tone of Gotham and Metropolis, you could tell the Devs LOVED what they were doing, and in so much as this, I could instantly tell, they had not put the same love into New Genesis when I saw the tight ceiling size, and felt this was an evaluation of us as players, what we were worth to them. And in this, I was never going to like the content, which I initially tried to as I was unfamiliar with Darkseid et~al.

Halls of Power.. is something about a guy who seems Meta or Tech, but then he's chasing a magic item of the Source to get it to talk, his backup is a bunch of people who look like they had too many disco biscuits and caused then escaped from a paintball factory explosion. The hero guys talk you like you are a piece of dirt and call themselves 'Gods' and there are insects for no apparent reason running around a small area getting killed that you have to save.. oh and there is a load of dead people attacking you called dregs that look like they escaped from Skyrim. Stop me if this gets too weird!
.. so far sounding like magic to me..
If this is what DC has up against GoTG.. flip! I had a goood and groovy time watching that movie! I understood it. this ^..nah. dont like it.

It came to my attention, that Lantern Powers are technology based. Perhaps it's the entities who are meta. and the Guardians learned how to harness their power.
I have seen a few people say on the forums, that there has been 'enough' lantern content. Last week it struck me how much content is magic centric..
I will redo this and include LoA and Lanterns as Tech, Spectre as Magic (which I find really offensive), and HoP as Meta, shame since it talks and feels like Magic content.

While I still feel, Halls of Power walks and talks like Magic content and Lantern content walks and talks like Meta content, it's categorized above as it is on the wiki, as Meta and Tech content, respectively. LoA content is ninja style Tech, even though Ra's al Ghul himself is Magic.
The areas for Meta are too small to be considered a 'new land'. The HoP area is appallingly small, and while I do like Central City, likewise, is it not even the size of Little Bohemia to consider it a 'city' which Gotham Wastelands is; large enough to be a new city.
Since 2012 players have been asking to expand Central City, I have been one of those players. If the Devs took Little Bohemia and used it as template for Central City, giving us the ability to have player bases, to have the CC bounties in Central City, they could use the new city to be cut-up for the later usage, which is what Central City is now, a small cut up area.
As far as New Genesis goes.. I never go in there, don't like it. It is super tiny because of the cavernous causeways and room size ceiling.. after setting the tone of Gotham and Metropolis, you could tell the Devs LOVED what they were doing, and in so much as this, I could instantly tell, they had not put the same love into New Genesis when I saw the tight ceiling size, and felt this was an evaluation of us as players, what we were worth to them. And in this, I was never going to like the content, which I initially tried to as I was unfamiliar with Darkseid et~al.
