Duo
While investigating the damage Zod did to Metropolis Superman falls strangely ill. Zod also had a plan for Kalel, similar to the one done to Lor-Zod, Red Kryptonite for Superman..We join the duo outside of the Science Spire where Superman is attacking the general population. His clothes are different, somehow reversed in colour scheme.
The duo *try* to subdue Superman, but only succeed in making him go inside of the Science Spire.
Inside Lex Luthor is there, he is shocked at Superman's behaviour, while the duo try to subdue Superman further, Lex goes to retrieve his LexCore Battle Armour, which he refers to for the first time as 'LexCorp Apocalypse'. Once Supes is at half health, Lex returns to fight alongside the duo, once Supes is at a quarter health, Lex says 'I knew this would happen again!' in reference to Zod's guardsmen who broke in before. Lex triggers a handheld device and a large cage made from green Kryptonite falls and surrounds Superman.
Lex turns and says 'well done!.. if there's anything left in the insurance budget, I will be sure to send you both a token reward and a letter of gratitude.'
Lex is referring to the investigation reward,: a chunk of red kryptonite on a plinth. Of which he is the one who send you the reward and the message, the last investigation node is hidden in the elevator shaft to the left as you enter the room, however it does not open until after Superman is caged.

At the Queensland Boardwalk* In Little Bohemia the group accidentally come across five of Zod's Kryptonian guardsmen.. just standing in a circle on top of the ferris wheel chatting, hanging out. They get spooked when the team approach and fly off.
The team pursue them, but after finding them standing around in a rooftop for the second time, the same thing happens again.
The third time, we come across them and Jax-Ur surprises us with an attack, and all six attack.
After the battle things wind down, and it seems our work is done.. except we are surprised by Black Zero! Zod's forces rally and the team fight them all!
After the fight, Black Zero boasts ' I was doing you a FAVOR by coming to destroy the earth quickly.. haha! it was a mercy!.. because the one who is coming will not be so merciful HAHA.. (under breath) stupid humans'
OW 'Riot'
During Ursa Non and Grodd's time at the Oan Science Cells, they caused a lot of disruption ..
We receive a communique from Oracle/Calculator 'Calling all JLA JSA, Legion of Doom, SSSV, Rogues.. EVERYONE.. ANYONE! come to CAO Dam in Metropolis, this is URGENT drop everything! come. now.'
We arrived and EVERY single hero and villain is there, the full JLA full JSA, Full Legion of Doom, every human Lantern.. and in the distance one solitary figure floats high over the distillation reservoir .. 'thanks for coming.. we face an insurmountable threat that we all will need every ounce of strength and guile to beat.. Superboy Prime. oh dear.'
We have a scene where Zod sides up to Superman, Zod is wearing his black and silver version of Superman's suit with a Z on the chest, he said..'I did not know my acts would have such grievous consequences ..(touchingly) Kalel I am truly sorry.' All the others of Zod's ranks are wearing the same suit, while the 'El family' wear S and appropriate colours*.
The situation is this: anyone can join, if you are Acro or SS, a GL will imbue you with the power of flight. you can make groups of upto 16 people per group, Superboy Prime is NOT stat clamped in any way, the lower you are, the quicker you die. As many groups can fight at the same time as there are people willing to make groups. It's in 'real' Metropolis, so level one's might wonder in, but it's all part of the experience. The community AS A WHOLE gets to have a crack at Superboy Prime.
He emanates light* that he absorbed while in the Cells. and depending on which light, determines when the groups should attack.
Red = don't attack just block or he will heat vision you into oblivion.
Green = again no. He will suck vast amounts of people toward him and kill them.
Blue = no, this boosts his defence even further.
Purple = yes, attack now while he is healing.
Violet = no, if you attack now he will debuff anyone who attacks and it takes ages to go away.
Yellow = yes attack now, while he PoTing himself.
I am basing this experience for players on.. back in the day 2012, you would make two raid parties and go fight sub-avatar.. it was AWESOME fun, load of people whose level was prolly too low just went and destroyed him :) the above is an evolution of that idea.

*Rhea-El Mon-El's mother. who would LOVE another planet to rule, as per the 'New Daxam' supergirl storyline, in our story Daxam still exists but 1/3rd of the whole planet is a burnt wasteland, like after a nuclear war would be here on earth.
*Power Girl and Mon-El have a S clasp for their capes.
